Bidparcel is one of the winning ideas of the 2020 projects launched in 2015 by Holding La Poste.
La Poste launched the challenge for the whole group to develop an innovative product or service that could bring added value to the market.
Around 400 proposals were received from all over the world and than reduced to only 30. After several Pitch sessions with external entities and CEOs of some of the main current Startups, intense economic feasibility studies, technological, differentiating factor and innovation, comes to Bidparcel.
Start using the Platform
All users must register on the Bidparcel platform before they can log in and begin using the application.
The data and documentation attached to the registration process will be validated by Bidparcel and only later will the account be activated, and the user will be informed of the status of his registration process whenever he accesses the application on his mobile phone or via the Web.
Bidparcel reserves the right not to grant access to the Bidparcel platform or does not accept / validate certain registration processes, whenever they do not have valid information or whenever they so wish.
Auctions - BID ROOM
As a Customer placing orders in the Auction Room, choose the period during which the Auction takes place and when should be collected and delivered.
Assist in the Bid Room the Distributors bidding the price for which they propose to deliver your order,. After the Auction ends you decide the winner based on the lowest price or best references in previous ratings.
As a platform Carrier user, access to the Auction room and bid the orders you want to do. You will increase your business and your profitability if you were chosen as a Winner on the Auction ends and after making the service .
Follow your Shipment
Via Web or Apps you can always follow your order and every status that occurs in real time.
Shipments with Safe Pickup and Delivery PIN
Bidparcel has developed a validation process for secure collection and delivery.
Upon successful completion of the successful Auction and assigned winner, the collection process and subsequent delivery will commence.
The Customer receives an email with the information of the security codes that will be used in the collection and delivery process and the recipient will receive a pre-alert email informing them that they will receive an order via Bidparcel, as a security code that will be used for Digital security and proof of safe delivery to the recipient, as well as the identification of the Distributor and their contacts.
Track your Real-Time Order during the delivery process
After collect your order, it will start the delivery process, the customer can follow his order via Web or Apps in real time, using the login credentials data.
Secure Payments via Easypay or Paypal
All payments in the Bidparcel platform are secure via direct sites of Easypay or Paypal, Bidparcel does not register or save any data used to fill codes or cards on Easypay or Paypal sites.
The amount paid will only be discounted after the delivery process is completed by the party.
Automatic Invoice via InvoiceXpress
The entire billing process is automatic and immediate upon completion and completion of the service by the Distributor. The invoicing process will be via InvoiceXpress and you will receive your invoice, as well as you can always consult in your Login financial area.
